The Engineering/Construction Department is responsible for plan review and monitoring construction of new, existing water, sewer and reclaimed water projects within the Authority's service area.

Capital Projects

The Engineering Department manages a variety of Capital Projects that include both new infrastructure and replacement of existing infrastructure. A list of proposed projects may be found in the Capital Budget. Typical programs include AMR Meter Replacement, Low Pressure Sewer Extension, Neighborhood and Roadway Pipeline Replacement. Repair and replacement projects that are not part of the Capital Budget are often times conducted by the Operations and Maintenance Department.
