SUA Inspections

Development Project Inspections

Before scheduling an inspection, ensure that a set of approved plans and relevant permits have been issued. 

To request an SUA inspection for Development Projects, please send an email to engscheduling@sua.com. The inspection request email should contain the SUA project number, project name, address, and the specific test or inspection needed.

SUA requires a minimum of two business days’ notice for scheduling inspections.

Lot Inspections

To request inspections for specific lots (including Sewer Tie-in, Meter Check, Landscape, and Final Inspection), please utilize the provided link to access the inspection request form.

Proceed to the Lot Inspection Request form.

If you are unable to schedule a Lot inspection, please send an email to engscheduling@sua.com

Canceling or rescheduling an inspection
