NEW DEVELOPMENT
All new construction/ development projects wishing to connect to the Authority’s water, sewer, or reclaimed water system are to submit a Property Questionnaire here.
EXISTING NON-RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL
Commercial, Multi-family and Non-residential customers wishing to change the business type, make construction changes to their facility, or change account billing name must complete and submit a Property Questionnaire and Commercial Application using the link provided here.
Please note that while the application must be submitted at this time, it will remain in a pending status until approval is received from the Engineering Department.
