The Accounting Division of Finance manages the Authority's budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, internal controls, pension administration and annual external audit. The department is also responsible for cash, debt and investment management and recording of service revenues collected by the Customer Service/Billing Department. The Division of Finance supports the operating departments through accounting and the Human Resource Department through financial reporting.
