ACCOUNTING

The Accounting Division of the Finance Department manages the Authority’s budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, internal controls, pension administration and annual external audit. The department is also responsible for cash, debt and investment management and recording of service revenues collected by the Customer Service/Billing Department. The Accounting Division also supports the Human Resource Department through financial reporting.
