Relocation of 12-inch Water Main and 12-inch Reclaimed Water Main on FIND Property and Ellison Wilson.

Juno Isles West Water Main Improvements

  • The crossing of Ellison Wilson Road with the water main for future connections to service residents east of Ellison Wilson Road.
  • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to, roadways, driveways, sidewalks, existing utilities, irrigation, sodding, trees, landscaping, mailboxes, light poles, and thermoplastic striping.

  • Construction will take place in the Juno Isles neighborhood between U.S. Hwy 1 and Ellison Wilson Rd. from Ascott Rd. and Packwood Rd. south to Ardley Rd. and Juno Isles Blvd.

Donald Ross Road Low Pressure Force Main

  • Installation of approximately 300’ of 3” HDPE Low Pressure Force Main horizontally directional drilled under Donald Ross Rd. Installation of approximately 285’ of 2” low pressure force main from Harbor Ln. to the northeast corner of Old Donald Ross Rd. and Paradise Pointe Rd. Installation of approximately 790’ of 2” low pressure force main from Harbor Ln. to the Northwest corner of Old Donald Ross Rd. and Leeward Way.
  • Construction will be in the areas of the North East Corner of the Azure development parking lot, underneath Donald Ross Rd., and along Old Donald Ross Rd. from Paradise Pointe Rd. to Leeward Way.

Captains Key Infrastructure Improvements

Mary Circle & Dania Drive Water & Sewer Improvements

  • Description: Construction of 930 linear feet of 8” ductile iron pipe water main, 2,468 of 6” ductile iron pipe water main, and six fire hydrants to provide potable water to 62 residential units.
  • Construction will take place on Mary Circle and Dania Drive.
  • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.
  • Short term lane closures will be required throughout the duration of the project.

Prosperity Farms Road C-17 Bridge-Water Main Replacement

  • Description: Replacement of 16” and 12” ductile iron pipe water mains, including an aerial crossing.
  • Construction will take place on Prosperity Farms Road from Hummingbird Way, north to Ibis Way.
  • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.

Congress Avenue and Avocado Drive Utility Relocation

  • Replacement of 420’ of 16” D.I.P water main via open cut, 60’ of 6” D.I.P. water main via open cut, and 420’ of 16” D.I.P. Raw water main via open cut. Replacement of approximately 450’ of 2” HDPE force main inside 52’ of proposed 4” casing and existing 398’ 4” casing, replacement of 100’ of 8” sanitary sewer. Installation of two manholes and two connections to existing system. Upgrading our water and sewer facilities prior to the Congress Avenue extension.
  • Construction will take place on Loquat St / Park Ln and Avocado Ln. in the Unincorporated Palm Beach County Area.
  • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.

  Point of Service Cleanout Addition 2024

  • Installation of 95 point of service sanitary cleanouts. The addition of these cleanouts grants Seacoast immediate access to the gravity sewer laterals should a backup occur in the sewer service, ensuring efficient maintenance and management of the system.
  • Construction will be in the areas of The PGA Townhomes of Marlwood in PGA National and Pine Cone Estates on Green Meadows Way in Palm Beach Gardens.

CRYSTAL POINTE FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT

  • Installation of approximately 1,387’ of 6” HDPE force main via horizontal directional drill and 815’ of 6” PVC C-900 Dr-14 force main via open cut method, replacing existing ductile iron force main that has reached the end of its useful life.
  • Construction will be in Crystal Pointe neighborhood of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. From the Lift station NO. 95, located in the Crytal Pointe clubhouse parcel, along the west plat line of Crystal Pointe, to the existing manhole at the north Hood Rd. right of way line.
  • Municipality: Unincorporated Palm Beach County

Pirates Cove Water Main Replacement and Low Pressure Force Main

  • Abandonment or removal and disposal of the existing water main.
  • Construction will take place in the Pirates Cove neighborhood on streets including Kidd Ln., Teach Rd., E. Teach Rd., and Avery Rd.
  • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.
  • Short-term lane closures will be required throughout the duration of the project.

Old Port Cove Main Replacement

  • Installation of approximately 1,700’ of 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing asbestos cement force main, that is about 45 years old and has reached the end of its useful life, with a new 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main to reduce the potential of a pipe failure in the foreseeable future which would result in the discharge of wastewater to the environmentally sensitive Intercoastal Waterway.
  • Construction will be in Old Port Cove Condominium and along U.S. Hwy 1 just south of Lakeshore Dr. and north of the U.S. Hwy 1 bridge.

PLANNING AND FUTURE PROJECTS

Preliminary planning for pipeline infrastructure replacement is underway. A planning map depicts future projects with estimated dates of construction. Priority is considered by age, failure history, service history, and materials concerning the likelihood/consequence of failure.
