Frenchman’s Creek Force Main Replacement

    • Installation of approximately 9,200 linear feet of 8” and 6” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing oversized ductile iron pipe force main, that is about 45 years old and has reached the end of its useful life, with a new 8” and 6” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main to reduce the potential of a pipe failure in the foreseeable future.
    • Construction will be in Frenchman’s Creek on Frenchman’s Creek Dr. and in an easement between Frenchmen’s Passage and Frenchman’s Reserve, south of Hood Rd.

Gardens Professional Center Water Main Loop 

    • Description: Installation of 300 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main using the open-cut method. The purpose of this project is to connect an existing “dead-end” water main to another main in order to create a continuous loop in the distribution system. Looping the water main improves Seacoast’s water quality management, enhances system hydraulics, and helps maintain uninterrupted service to customers during planned or emergency water main shutdowns.

Prosperity Farms Road and Richard Road Water Main Replacement

    • Description: Installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 16-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main using the open-cut method. The purpose of this project is to replace aging water main that crosses the Earman River Bridge prior to improvements to the bridge proposed by Palm Beach County.
    • Construction will take place on Prosperity Farms Road from Hummingbird Way, North to Ibis Way in North Palm Beach.

Lift Station 57 Force Main Replacement

      • Abandonment or removal and disposal of the existing water main.
      • Construction will take place in the Pirates Cove neighborhood on streets including Kidd Ln., Teach Rd., E. Teach Rd., and Avery Rd.
      • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.

      Old Port Cove Main Replacement

      • Installation of approximately 1,700’ of 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing asbestos cement force main, that is about 45 years old and has reached the end of its useful life, with a new 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main to reduce the potential of a pipe failure in the foreseeable future which would result in the discharge of wastewater to the environmentally sensitive Intercoastal Waterway.
      • Construction will be in Old Port Cove Condominium and along U.S. Hwy 1 just south of Lakeshore Dr. and north of the U.S. Hwy 1 bridge.

      Preliminary planning for pipeline infrastructure replacement is underway. A planning map depicts future projects with estimated dates of construction. Priority is considered by age, failure history, service history, and materials concerning the likelihood/consequence of failure.       Juno Isles East Water Main Improvements

      • Installation of a new water main, water services for each residence, and fire hydrants. Replacing a water distribution system that is reaching the end of its useful life.
      • Abandonment, or removal and disposal of the existing water main.
      • Construction will take place in the Juno Isles neighborhood between U.S. Hwy 1 and Ellison Wilson Rd. from Ascott Rd. and Packwood Rd. south to Ardley Rd. and Juno Isles Blvd.

      Donald Ross Road Low Pressure Force Main 

      • Installation of approximately 300’ of 3” HDPE Low Pressure Force Main horizontally directional drilled under Donald Ross Rd. Installation of approximately 285’ of 2” low pressure force main from Harbor Ln. to the northeast corner of Old Donald Ross Rd. and Paradise Pointe Rd. Installation of approximately 790’ of 2” low pressure force main from Harbor Ln. to the Northwest corner of Old Donald Ross Rd. and Leeward Way.
      • Construction will be in the areas of the North East Corner of the Azure development parking lot, underneath Donald Ross Rd., and along Old Donald Ross Rd. from Paradise Pointe Rd. to Leeward Way.

      Prosperity Farms Road C-17 Bridge-Water Main Replacement

      • Description: Replacement of 16” and 12” ductile iron pipe water mains, including an aerial crossing.
      • Construction will take place on Prosperity Farms Road from Hummingbird Way, north to Ibis Way.

      Pirates Cove Water Main Replacement and Low-Pressure Force Main

      • Description: Replacement of all water main in the neighborhood that has reached the end of its useful life. Relocation and replacement of fire hydrants. Installation of a Low-Pressure Force Main to give residents the ability to connect to SUA’s sewer system.
      • Abandonment or removal and disposal of the existing water main.
      • Construction will take place in the Pirates Cove neighborhood on streets including Kidd Ln., Teach Rd., E. Teach Rd., and Avery Rd.
      • Restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities, including, but not limited to: Roadways; Driveways; Sidewalks; Existing utilities; Irrigation; Sodding; Landscaping; Mailboxes; Light poles; and Pavement striping.

      Old Port Cove Force Main Replacement

      • Installation of approximately 1,700’ of 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing asbestos cement force main, that is about 45 years old and has reached the end of its useful life, with a new 8” DR-14 C-900 PVC force main to reduce the potential of a pipe failure in the foreseeable future which would result in the discharge of wastewater to the environmentally sensitive Intercoastal Waterway.
      • Construction will be in Old Port Cove Condominium and along U.S. Hwy 1 just south of Lakeshore Dr. and north of the U.S. Hwy 1 bridge.

      • Construction will take place around the PGA Blvd and Prosperity Farms Rd.

      Marina Dr. Force Main and Water Main Replacement

      • Replacement of approximately 1,300 linear feet of existing 6-inch and 8-inch cement asbestos water main with new 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main.
      • Replacement of approximately 500 linear feet of 4-inch cast iron force main with a new 6-inch PVC force main.
      • Both the water and force mains are approaching the end of their service life and require replacement to ensure continued reliability and system performance.
      • Construction will take place on Marina Dr. from Yacht Club Dr. north to the end of Marina Dr.

      PGA Blvd Parallel 24″ Force Main at I-95

      Lift Station 54 Force Main Replacement

      • Replacement of approximately 2,750 linear feet of an old 18” Ductile Iron Force Main that is nearing the end of its useful life with new 24” HDPE and PVC pipe. The new pipe is to be installed using Directional drill and open cut methods.
      • Construction will take place from the Anchorage Park Area, where one of Seacoasts’ Major Lift Stations is located, heading west under the North Palm Beach Waterway, along Ibis Way, and crossing Prosperity Farms Rd.

      Preliminary planning for pipeline infrastructure replacement is underway. A planning map depicts future projects with estimated dates of construction. Priority is considered by age, failure history, service history, and materials concerning the likelihood/consequence of failure.
