Setup my New Bill2Pay Profile
Signing up is easy! Create your profile to make online payments, set up automatic payments, receive Ebills, view your bill and sign up for email or text reminders.
Any links to our former online payment site that you may have saved or bookmarked as a favorite will no longer be valid and should be deleted.
Access to the new portal is started by creating a new profile. Follow the above link and select Create a profile. Once your profile is created you will need to add your account to your profile, if you have more than one account with Seacoast you can all your accounts to that profile. You can also choose to pay your bill without creating a profile by choosing "Express Pay" in the upper right corner of our website. With both options, you will be required to enter your payment information. Please have your Seacoast account and customer numbers handy along with your bank or credit card information, as they will be required to make a payment. If you choose to create a profile, users will be able to set up auto pay options, sign up for e-bills and notification alerts. Any customer that had these options with the prior system will have to re-register.
You may continue to contact our Customer Service Department to make payments, however, you will need to provide credit card and bank account information. All information that was previously saved will no longer be retrievable.
You may continue to use our phone payment hot line while using your bank account information for a few more weeks. However, this system will no longer accept credit card payments as of April 30, 2017. Once our phone payment system is set up with Bill2Pay in approximately 2 weeks, you will be able to pay with a credit card.

Using these services could delay your payment and incur additional fees.
Customers should only use the methods of payment listed on our website at www.sua.com. Bill2Pay is Seacoast’s only authorized on-line payment partner. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our customer service call center at 561-627- 2920, Monday through Friday, 9am – 4pm.
