The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for purchasing goods and services from responsible vendors at the lowest possible costs and receiving formal bids from contractors and vendors submitted to Seacoast Utility Authority. The Purchasing Division is also responsible for maintaining the inventory warehouse used to supply all departments with the necessary materials to support the daily operation of the Authority.
