Seacoast Utility Authority acquired the assets of Seacoast Utilities,Inc. from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation on December 20, 1988. This document was drafted and approved by the five governing bodies  that comprise the Seacoast Utility Authority Board.
