The CONTRACTOR for the Project is Centerline Utilities, Inc.
The Work is generally described as follows: The installation of approximately 14,000 linear feet of finished water main constructed of 20-inch ductile iron and 24” SDR 11 HDPE (with 36” SDR 17 HDPE casing in some locations). The main will be installed between the intersection of PGA Boulevard and RCA Drive and the Richard Road Water Treatment Plant. The general route of the main, from south to north, will extend from the Richard Road Water Treatment Plant site, crossing under the C-17 canal to the northwest and then along the south right-of-way of the Earman River Canal, north of the Watkins Elementary school property. From there, the main will extend under the MacArthur Boulevard Bridge and then north under the Earman River Canal. The main will then extend to the west in the Earman River Canal’s right-of-way on the north side and then turn to the north on the east side of the Thompson River Canal’s right-of-way. The main will extend north in the Thompson River Canal’s eastern right-of-way up to the vicinity where the canal and Riverside Drive right-of-way’s diverge. From there the main will extend across Riverside Drive to the east side of the Riverside drive right-of-way. The main will follow the Riverside Drive right-of-way to the northwest and into the Northcorp Parkway right-of-way. From there the main will extend north into the RCA Drive right-of-way. The main will continue to extend to the north through the RCA Drive right-of-way to the intersection of RCA Drive and PGA Boulevard. The 20-inch main will be connected to an existing 16-inch water main in the PGA Boulevard right-of-way.
