Please note that Seacoast Utility Authority will be upgrading our payment processing system over the next several months. There may be a time frame when the system will NOT ALLOW FOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS. You will still be able to make payments on-line with a checking account, in our customer service walk-in lobby, telephone, drop box or by mail. The upgraded system will provide a more convenient way to make payments and offer additional bill pay options. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while upgrades are being made to our bill pay system.

There will be brief temporary closures of the 92 Lane entrance from Roan Lane throughout the day on Thursday, February 18, 2016. Closures may start as early as 8:30 AM and may last up to 15 minutes. If you plan to leave, please consider this in your schedule. You may also choose to remove your vehicle from 92nd Lane in advance to avoid a possible wait to clear the road. Our plan is to have the road reopened by 4:00 PM.

The emergency repair required coordination with the contractor, materials and location of other buried utilities. As of Tuesday, February 9, 2016 we are ready to begin construction. The installation will require a ground water pump that will be installed today or tomorrow and will run 24 to 48 hours before excavating. The pump will run through the duration of the pipe installation. The installation speed of this project will be limited to the site conditions, but we will work diligently to complete the installation.

The next steps after installation is testing of the new pipe, placing the new pipe in service and restoration of the area to a condition equal to or better than the prior condition.

Seacoast Utility Authority will begin replacement of approximately 300 ft. of pipeline along the east side of Roan Lane between the blocks of Harwood Street and Wilshire Street on or about Friday, February 5. The staging and operation of construction equipment, including delivery trucks, work vehicles, backhoes, front end loaders and dewatering pumps in this area will cause periodic closure of northbound Roan Lane through February 12. After the pipeline has been installed, the work area will be graded and resodded, and any damaged pavement will be replaced.

Please note that this is an emergency repair and that Seacoast will soon proceed with a planned replacement of the remaining Roan Lane pipeline sections. Affected residents will be notified when that work is scheduled.

We deeply appreciate your patience during this critically important work, and you may be assured that Seacoast will do everything it can to expedite its completion.
