Please note that Seacoast Utility Authority will be upgrading our payment processing system over the next several months. There may be a time frame when the system will NOT ALLOW FOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS. You will still be able to make payments on-line with a checking account, in our customer service walk-in lobby, telephone, drop box or by mail. The upgraded system will provide a more convenient way to make payments and offer additional bill pay options. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while upgrades are being made to our bill pay system.
Seacoast Utility Authority (SUA), management and technical staff included, is committed to sound and useful Quality Assurance/Quality Control management practices. A contracted certified laboratory will perform sampling and analyses not within Seacoast's capabilities. SUA arranges contracts periodically for these services, and seeks out certified or qualified laboratories for non-routine analyses.
Each treatment facility has a laboratory for process control and operations monitoring. Operators are trained in basic laboratory techniques and water/wastewater treatment operations and participate in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) certification program (Rule 62-602 FAC).
Central Laboratory is located at 4200 Hood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
(561) 627 2900
PGA WWTF is located at 11498 Nursery Lane, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
Both certified laboratories (PGA WWTF & Central Laboratories) operate under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal standard operating procedures, and prescribed FDOH and NELAC requirements. SUA successfully participates in required performance and proficiency evaluation studies and maintains quality assurance documentation as outlined in this plan. Quality assurance objectives (precision & accuracy) are determined from each certified laboratory’s analysis database and/or test method references.
